TGA has supported me to be the educational leader I am today.
From the very beginning of my traineeship up until I completed my Diploma and was promoted to Educational leader, TGA has ongoingly supported my growth, goals and dream to be the best role model for educators in the childcare sector. The education, resources and training provided by TGA is used to shape young children’s mind to be who they want to be. TGA offers above and beyond staff incentives to motivate and build a family like environment for the educators.
